Welcome to our Brand new 3PL Warehouse in Matraville, Sydney.
Our Story
Founded in 2021 as Rockycay Australia, we started as an online store specialising in beach and bathroom towels. Like many eCommerce businesses, we initially managed our own order fulfilment, learning the ropes of inventory, packing, and shipping.
However, after experiencing rapid growth, we made the decision to outsource our fulfilment to a large 3PL provider in Sydney. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped for. We encountered numerous issues, including non-transparent pricing, fulfilment errors, inventory losses, and poor customer service. These problems led to a negative customer experience, poor reviews, and unexpected costs that hurt our business.
Determined to learn from this, we parted ways with the provider and found a boutique 3PL that allowed us to be more hands-on, overseeing our fulfilment process directly. This change transformed our business and opened our eyes to what a 3PL partnership should really look like.
Armed with these hard-earned lessons, we’re now excited to open our own brand new fulfilment facility in Matraville, opening doors for founding customers in February 2025.

Our new 3PL warehouse, located in Matraville, Sydney, will open for new customers in February 2025.
We’re currently accepting expressions of interest from online businesses that would like to reduce their logistics costs by 50% for one year in exchange for trusting us and partnering with a new 3PL provider.
Founding customers will receive lifetime preferential rates, with the first year at a 50% discount, and subsequent years at their current provider’s rates minus a 10% founding customer discount. The initial onboarding will be completely free of charge.
