Our Story
Founded in 2021, we started as an online store specialising in outdoor apparel. Like many eCommerce businesses, we initially managed our own order fulfilment, learning the ropes of inventory, packing, and shipping.
However, after experiencing rapid growth, we made the decision to outsource our fulfilment to a large 3PL provider in Sydney west.
Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped for. We encountered numerous issues, including non-transparent pricing, fulfilment errors, inventory losses, and poor customer service. These problems led to a negative customer experience, poor reviews, and unexpected costs that hurt our business.
Determined to learn from this, we parted ways and recommenced looking after our own fulfilment process. This change transformed our business and opened our eyes to what a 3PL partnership should really look like.
Armed with these hard-earned lessons, we’re now excited to open our own brand new 3PL warehouse in Matraville.
