Storage
Storage is calculated based on the average daily space your inventory occupies in our warehouse, measured in cubic meters.
Each SKU is always stored separately to ensure picking accuracy.

Additional services
Receiving & Unpacking
Receiving fees apply per pallet, per carton or per item. We will estimate and quote your receiving fees before proceeding.
Container unloading
We are able to receive 20ft containers palletised or mixed. Contact us to receive a quote and book your unloading slot.
Special Packaging
We can organise special packaging or personalised inserts/cards for different occasions.
Barcoding
Every SKU must be barcoded in order to be stocked in our warehouse. If your stock is not, we can barcode it for you.
Special projects
From bundling, kitting, repackaging, stock counts. Our team will be delighted to work with you.
Discounted Shipping
We work with a number of Australian and overseas carriers to offer the reduced rates on domestic and international shipping.
Returns
We receive, check, repack and re-stock your returned items. We will take photos and contact you before returning the product back to stock.
Imports and Overseas Shipping
We work with top tiered custom brokers and forwarders in Sydney to organise goods imports and exports.
